1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day:

• You acquire physical possession of the e-bike, or

• A third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement (email is sufficient).

2. Conditions for Returns

You must return the e-bike:

• Within 14 days from the date you notify us of withdrawal

• In its original condition

• With all accessories, charger, manuals, keys, and documentation included

• In the original packaging (where reasonably possible)

You may inspect the e-bike as you would in a physical store. However, you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If the e-bike shows signs of excessive use, damage, modification, or improper assembly, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding depreciation from your refund.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the e-bike is faulty or incorrectly delivered:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Due to the size and weight of e-bikes, return shipping costs may be significant.

We recommend using insured and trackable shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned e-bike, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• We will reimburse the purchase price.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or evidence of return.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be refused if:

• The 14-day period has expired

• The e-bike has been modified or altered

• Damage is caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

6. Order Cancellations
We kindly inform you that in accordance with the regulations governing consumer rights in Cyprus, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it without providing any justification. If you wish to cancel the order after 14 days have passed, you will be charged 200 Euros on account of costs of shipping, processing the order and other losses for every single e-bike ordered and 50 Euros for every single piece of other products.
